Slightly oversized. Cozy. Yet still chic. All of that can be said about our cashmere-cotton pants “Ida”. It’s joggers that have grown up. And yet remained a child. They strive for more. And therefore, fit perfect into scenarios away from the couch as well. Yoga retreats for example. Gatherings with friends. Casual business meetings.
It’s the one. The one or none. The one you crave. The one that cuddles with you. The one you won’t want to take off. Because there’s this comfortable feel. And this unsophisticated look. Too pleasing. Also wonderfully timeless. And you can combine it with so many things. Whether worn casually with a T-shirt and your favorite cardigan. Or deliberately edgy with a blouse, blazer and sparkly shoes. The secret of our cashmere pants: the unique material composition of cashmere, cotton and a pinch of lyocell. This means it can be worn all year round. What’s more, it comes in a minimalist design including one of our beloved shades: anthracite. An elastic waistband, a drawstring and two pockets complete this signature piece. And for those who want even more: Our “Ida” is also available in a pure cotton version. In three colors. Almost as cozy. But only almost.
Whether cashmere-cotton pants or pure cotton joggers —both are durable and robust. Perfect for a long-term relationship. It’s time to cozy up!
Cashmere? We love it. But we’re also open to experimentation. Not just in terms of colors and cuts, but also when it comes to unique material combos. One trio that immediately won our hearts is cashmere, cotton, and lyocell. That’s precisely why we chose this brilliant mix for our signature pants. To be more precise, 56% natural cotton, 37% premium cashmere, and 7% lyocell nestle against your skin.
Each of the three materials has its own advantages. First, we have cashmere. Wonderfully heat-retaining, soft, cozy, durable, and luxurious. Then there’s cotton. Uncomplicated, robust, easy to care for, and versatile. And finally, lyocell. Skin-friendly, cooling, wrinkle-free. We combine all of these in one pair of pants. In your new fave for every day.
The seeds of a bush, goat fur, and trees. All natural substances. But they’re also raw materials you probably wouldn’t wear. Well, you do! At least if you choose one of our cashmere-cotton sweatpants and joggers. Because each of them originates right there: on a plant, on an animal, and in the forest. Yes, you heard that right! Cotton is nothing more than the seed hair of a mallow plant, which ripens in capsules. Cashmere is the undercoat of goats. And lyocell is made from wood. Our WARM ME pieces are therefore genuine natural products.
What’s more, we only use premium cashmere, organic cotton, and biodegradable lyocell. It doesn’t get any more natural than that!
Anthracite. Black. Beige. For our cashmere-cotton trousers, we deliberately opt for earthy nuances that outlast every trend. And thus, fit perfectly into your capsule wardrobe. Nevertheless, you can be sure: they’re long-lasting. Intense. And, by the way, sustainable, too. Nano-dyeing makes it possible. The secret: no salt, but a closed dyeing cycle. Water consumption, waste, and sludge—all of these are minimized. And rework is also reduced. Most importantly, the environment can breathe a sigh of relief. For us, this is the only conceivable way. In addition, our cashmere yarns are dyed by hand. Gently and traditionally.
This makes our cashmere-cotton trousers not only truly unique, but also completely eco-friendly mates that herald a new era in textile manufacturing. Yey!
Austrian heart. International trappings. Or vice versa. Depending on how you look at it. The fact is: Our WARM ME front-runners are globetrotters, yet down-to-earth and traditional. One reason for this is that our pure cashmere textiles are made in a small workshop in Nepal. On ancient hand-knitting machines and with old knowledge. Our cashmere-cotton trousers and other blends, on the other hand, see the light of day in northern Portugal. In an equally local factory. And all the threads run then together in Austria. At our headquarters.
Whether in Nepal, Portugal, or Austria, we only work with people who share our passion for authenticity and depth. This commitment to slowing down, quality, and individuality, far removed from excess and throwaway culture, is woven into every fiber of our being. That is what defines us. Our essence.
Basically, both terms refer to the same material, which makes it impossible to evaluate them. Lyocell is the generic name of the fiber, while TENCEL® strictly refers to the lyocell produced by Lenzing AG, which is marketed under this brand name.
No, Lyocell, also known as TENCEL®, is not plastic. Although the fibers for this product are manufactured industrially, just like polyester, they are based on wood.
Lyocell fabrics, also known as TENCEL®, are comfortable to wear and particularly breathable. Lyocell is also considered sustainable, as its production requires minimal resources. Another plus: these fibers are biodegradable.
