Origin & material
Where are WARM ME pieces made?
In the heart of Kathmandu, Nepal – by the same people since 2011: same hands, same house. Around 70 knitters make our pieces on hand-knitting machines, and everything from dyeing and knitting to finishing and packing is done by hand under one roof. WARM ME was founded in Salzburg in 2011, and that's where we're still at home. Find out more in our Handmade story.
What cashmere do you use?
100% Mongolian cashmere with a fibre diameter of 14–19 microns – wool, by comparison, measures 20–40 microns. That's what makes cashmere warm without weight, breathable and soft on the skin. The yarn is dyed first and then knitted.
Fit & sizes
What sizes and fits do you offer?
Every model has its own fit – from close-fitting to slightly oversized. You'll find the measurements and cut in each product description. Our pieces are unisex unless the product description says otherwise.
Which size should I choose?
Hats, scarves and mittens come in one size – cashmere has enough stretch to fit almost everyone. Pullovers and cardigans come in XS to XL depending on the model; if you like a looser, layered look, choose one size up. Not sure? Are your gloves mittens?
Yes – our cashmere gloves are double-layered mittens with an elastic cuff, in one size cut for women's hands.
Care
How do I care for cashmere?
Wash less, wear more: airing is often enough. How to wash, dry and de-pill cashmere properly is explained in our care guide.
Shipping & returns

Can I rely on the delivery time?
Delivery depends on our shipping partners, so we can't guarantee delivery times. At busy times such as Christmas, or in unforeseen cases like strikes, it may take longer.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, for example to Switzerland, the UK and the USA – with standard or express shipping (express is always charged). Standard shipping is free from €250 here too. Because of the longer route and customs clearance, delivery takes longer than within the EU. Parcels are sent duty unpaid: you pay import duties and customs fees directly to the carrier on delivery.
In which currency are prices shown?
All prices are in euros, including for Switzerland, the UK and the USA.
Gifts
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is wrapped in fine tissue paper, so it arrives ready to give.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. They aren't available in the online shop yet, but you can order one by email at office@warm-me.com.

Can I visit you in Salzburg?
