SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery area

We deliver to Austria, Germany and other countries of the European Union, as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA.

You can see which countries are currently available when you select your delivery address at checkout.

We deliver to the delivery address you provide. Delivery to PO boxes is not possible.

Processing time

Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping to all countries we deliver to on orders of € 250 or more.

Below that amount, shipping costs depend on the destination country. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Deliveries outside the EU

Shipments to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA are sent duties unpaid. Import duties, customs duties and clearance fees are borne by the recipient and are paid directly to the carrier on delivery.

This also applies to orders with free shipping from € 250. Express shipping to these countries is always charged.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the carrier.

Delivery times are non-binding estimates and start when the goods are dispatched.

Within Austria and Germany we ship with DPD.

Transport damage and transfer of risk

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods only passes to you once the goods are handed over to you or to a third party named by you.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at office@warm-me.com. We will take care of it.
